Before You Book

What does FE Wedding Chapel provide?

Intimate includes a one-hour chapel ceremony and licensed officiant. Deluxe builds on Intimate with full wedding planning, day-of coordination, and five hours each of photography and videography. Its five-hour schedule includes one hour at FE Wedding Chapel and four hours for portraits, your reception or dinner. Your planner helps recommend, contact and coordinate reception venues, catering and other vendors; their fees are paid separately by you and are not included in the package price.

Can we book a chapel viewing before booking?

Yes. Complimentary chapel viewings are available by appointment. Please contact us in advance to schedule a viewing time, as availability may vary depending on ceremonies, private events, and venue setup schedules.

Do your packages include a licensed officiant?

Yes. Both packages include an officiant, ceremony music, preset green faux floral décor, faux bouquet and boutonniere rental, a bridal suite and a water station.

How many guests can attend?

Both packages accommodate up to 30 guests, plus the couple, for the chapel ceremony. This limit applies only to the chapel. For Deluxe, guest arrangements for an off-site reception or dinner depend on your chosen venue and wedding plan.

When should we arrive?

For Intimate, arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled chapel ceremony. If you have booked in-studio bridal hair and makeup, arrive 3 hours before the ceremony; for booked groom hair and makeup, arrive 30 minutes before, following the appointment time confirmed by our team. For Deluxe, follow the arrival and preparation schedule agreed with your planner. Earlier beauty appointments do not extend your one-hour chapel ceremony booking. Late arrival may reduce your available ceremony or service time without refund or extension.

What should we prepare after booking our ceremony?

Please obtain a valid Ontario marriage licence from an authorized municipality before your wedding and bring it with you on the day of your ceremony. The licence is valid for 3 months from the date it is issued. See the Ontario marriage licence guide for application details.

For Intimate, how should we prepare for hair and makeup?

If bridal hair and make-up has been added to your booking, please email us in advance with the bride’s recent photo and preferred hair and make-up inspiration images.

In your email, please include:
- Bride’s full name
- Wedding date
- Ceremony booking time
- Reference photos for preferred hair and make-up style

Please send the information to: feweddingchapel@gmail.com

On the wedding day, the bride must arrive at the chapel 3 hours before the ceremony time to begin hair and make-up preparation.

If groom’s hair and make-up has also been added, please follow the same process by sending the groom’s recent photo and preferred style references in advance. The groom must arrive at the chapel 30 minutes before the ceremony time for grooming preparation

Ceremony Décor Upgrades & Customization

Ceremony décor upgrades and customization are available for an additional fee. If you’re interested in upgrading your décor, we’ll provide further information.

Is photography or videography included?

Outside photographers and videographers are not permitted. All professional photography and videography must be booked through our exclusive team. Deluxe includes five hours of photography and five hours of videography within your five-hour celebration: one hour for your chapel ceremony and four flexible hours for portraits, your reception or dinner. Photography and videography are optional additions for Intimate only. Travel fees may apply for off-site locations.

What is included in the photography and videography coverage?

For Intimate photography booked for one hour, a minimum of 100 professionally colour-edited, high-resolution images is delivered digitally. Intimate videography includes unlimited clips captured during coverage and one professionally edited highlight video (1–3 minutes), delivered digitally. Deluxe follows the same general quality standards and editing approach, with final deliverables agreed with your planner and photography and videography team based on your wedding plans and actual coverage.

When will we receive our photos and videos?

For photography and videography booked with Intimate, photos are delivered within 7 days and videos within 14 days from the end of the booked session. For Deluxe, your planner and photography and videography team will agree on the final delivery schedule with you based on your wedding plans and actual coverage. Files are delivered digitally via a download link sent to your booking email address.

Can we request specific edits, colours, or raw files?

All photography and videography are edited based on professional judgment, lighting conditions, environment, wardrobe, appearance, performance, and selected package setup. Editing decisions are final. Revisions, re-editing, colour adjustments, and raw files are not included.

Are bookings refundable?

All ceremony bookings are date-specific and non-refundable.

We’re happy to offer one complimentary change to your booking date or time. To make changes, please provide:

• At least 7 days’ notice for ceremonies booked Monday through Thursday
• At least 15 days’ notice for ceremonies booked Friday through Sunday
