We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

All official communication, booking updates, appointment details, file delivery links, and service-related notices will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking their inbox, including spam and junk folders. FE Wedding Chapel is not responsible for missed updates, delayed responses, or undelivered file links caused by incorrect contact information or failure to check email inboxes.
