Ceremony & Packages

What does FE Wedding Chapel provide?

FE Wedding Chapel provides intimate wedding ceremony services, chapel venue usage, and optional add-on services such as photography, videography, makeup and hair, and selected off-site coverage.

Do your packages include a licensed officiant?

Yes. All ceremony packages include a licensed wedding officiant, ceremony music, ceremony chairs, signing table, refreshment water station, high-speed Wi-Fi access, and free guest parking.

How many guests can attend?

Guest capacity depends on the selected package. Express includes up to 6 guests plus the couple, Micro includes up to 20 guests plus the couple, Classic includes up to 30 guests plus the couple, and Deluxe includes up to 40 guests plus the couple.

Before Your Ceremony

When should we arrive?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time. Late arrival may reduce your available ceremony or service time without refund or extension.

What should we prepare after booking?

Couples are responsible for applying for and obtaining their Ontario marriage licence before the wedding date. Please bring your valid marriage licence with you on the day of your ceremony.

Can we book a chapel viewing before booking?

Yes. Complimentary chapel viewings are available by appointment. Please contact us in advance to schedule a viewing time.

Photography & Videography

Is photography or videography included?

Photography and videography depend on the selected package. Classic includes photography coverage, while Deluxe includes both photography and videography coverage.

When will we receive our photos and videos?

Photography delivery will be completed within 7 days from the end of the booked session. Videography delivery will be completed within 14 days from the end of the booked session.

Can we request raw files?

All photography and videography are edited based on professional judgment. Revisions, re-editing, colour adjustments, and raw files are not included.

Booking Policy

Are bookings refundable?

All ceremony bookings are date-specific and non-refundable.

We’re happy to offer one complimentary change to your booking date or time. Please provide at least 7 days’ notice for ceremonies booked Monday through Thursday, and at least 15 days’ notice for ceremonies booked Friday through Sunday.
