What does FE Wedding Chapel provide?

The Intimate Ceremony Package offers a one-hour chapel ceremony with a licensed officiant and on-site support. Building on everything in Intimate, the Deluxe Wedding Package includes full wedding planning, day-of coordination, and five hours each of photography and videography for a complete five-hour wedding experience. Your planner helps recommend, contact and coordinate reception venues, caterers and other vendors. Reception venue hire, catering and other third-party vendor fees are paid separately by the couple and are not included in the package price.

Do your packages include a licensed officiant?

Yes. Both packages include a licensed wedding officiant, ceremony music, preset green faux floral décor, faux bouquet and boutonniere rental, a bridal suite and a water station. Intimate includes an event coordinator for guest reception and ceremony music. Deluxe includes full wedding planning and day-of coordination for your ceremony, reception and vendor arrangements.

How many guests can attend?

For both packages, the chapel ceremony accommodates up to 30 guests, plus the couple. This limit applies to the chapel ceremony only. For the Deluxe Wedding Package, guest arrangements for an off-site reception or dinner depend on your chosen venue and wedding plans.

Before Your Ceremony

When should we arrive?

Intimate Ceremony Package: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled ceremony time; this early access is included before your one-hour chapel booking.

If you have booked our in-studio hair and makeup: Please follow your confirmed appointment: the bride arrives 3 hours before the ceremony and the groom 30 minutes before. These preparation appointments do not extend your chapel ceremony booking.

Deluxe Wedding Package: Follow the arrival time and wedding-day schedule confirmed by your planner. The five-hour experience includes one hour in the chapel, with the remaining four hours allocated to the rest of your celebration.

Late arrival may reduce your available ceremony or service time without refund or extension.

What should we prepare after booking?

Please obtain a valid Ontario marriage licence from an authorized municipality before your wedding and bring it with you on the day of your ceremony. The licence is valid for 3 months from the date it is issued. See the Ontario marriage licence guide for application details.

Can we book a chapel viewing before booking?

Yes. Complimentary chapel viewings are available by appointment. Please contact us in advance to schedule a viewing time.

Photography & Videography

Is photography or videography included?

The Deluxe Wedding Package includes five hours of photography and five hours of videography as part of your five-hour celebration. Photography and videography are optional add-ons for the Intimate Ceremony Package only.

How can we use the five hours in the Deluxe Wedding Package?

Your five-hour celebration includes one hour at FE Wedding Chapel for the ceremony. Allocate the remaining four hours between off-site portraits, your reception or dinner, and other wedding-day moments. Our planning and media team helps coordinate the ceremony, reception and vendor arrangements around your chosen schedule. Travel fees may apply for off-site locations.

Can we bring our own photographer or videographer?

Photography and videography policy — both packages: Outside professional photographers and videographers are not permitted. All photography and videography services must be booked through FE Wedding Chapel’s exclusive team.

When will we receive our photos and videos?

For photography and videography booked with the Intimate Ceremony Package, photos are delivered within 7 days and videos within 14 days from the end of the booked session. Deluxe follows the same general quality standards and editing approach. Your planner and photography and videography team will confirm the final deliverables and agree on a delivery schedule with you based on your wedding plans and actual coverage.

Can we request raw files?

All photography and videography are edited based on professional judgment. Revisions, re-editing, colour adjustments, and raw files are not included.

Booking Policy

Are bookings refundable?

All ceremony bookings are date-specific and non-refundable.

We’re happy to offer one complimentary change to your booking date or time. Please provide at least 7 days’ notice for ceremonies booked Monday through Thursday, and at least 15 days’ notice for ceremonies booked Friday through Sunday.
