Service Terms – FE Wedding Chapel

1. General Services

FE Wedding Chapel provides wedding ceremony services, chapel venue usage, and optional add-on services, including but not limited to photography, videography, content creation, makeup and beauty services, cake, sweet table, welcome board, off-site services, travel-related services, and other selected add-ons.

All services are subject to availability and are delivered according to the date, time, package, and service options selected at the time of booking.

All services provided by FE Wedding Chapel are time-based services and service-based wedding experiences. They are not physical goods.

By completing a booking with FE Wedding Chapel, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Service Terms.

2. Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling

All bookings are date- and time-specific service reservations. Once a booking and payment are completed, the selected date and time are reserved for the client.

All payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
All ceremony bookings are date-specific and non-refundable. If a client chooses to cancel a confirmed booking, the payment will not be refunded. No refund, credit, or extension will be provided for change of mind, client-side scheduling issues, weather conditions, unused service time, no-show, late arrival, or failure to provide required information or documents.

Rescheduling Policy:
FE Wedding Chapel is happy to offer one complimentary change to the booking date or time, subject to availability.

To request a change, clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice for ceremonies booked Monday through Thursday, and at least 15 days’ notice for ceremonies booked Friday through Sunday.

Rescheduling is subject to FE Wedding Chapel’s availability, vendor availability, and the selected services included in the booking. Additional fees may apply if the requested change affects service timing, staffing, vendor arrangements, selected add-ons, off-site services, travel arrangements, or other operational requirements.

Late Changes:
Requests made with less than the required notice period are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.

3. Venue Usage

The chapel is reserved strictly for the time slot booked.

Clients are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled booking time.

Late arrival may result in reduced ceremony time, photography time, videography time, preparation time, or overall service time without refund, credit, or extension.

All setup, ceremony, photography, videography, content creation, guest entry, and guest exit must be completed within the booked time slot unless additional time has been approved and paid for in advance.

FE Wedding Chapel reserves the right to manage the timing and flow of the booking in order to maintain the schedule, safety, and operation of the chapel.

4. Guest Capacity

Clients must follow the guest capacity stated in the selected package.

Additional guests are only permitted if approved and paid for in advance where applicable.

FE Wedding Chapel reserves the right to refuse entry to additional guests exceeding the booked package capacity or venue safety limits.

Children, family members, vendors, witnesses, and all other attendees are counted as guests unless otherwise stated in the selected package.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their guests follow venue rules and arrive on time.

5. Marriage Licence & Legal Requirements

Clients are responsible for applying for and obtaining a valid Ontario marriage licence before the wedding date.

Clients must bring the valid Ontario marriage licence to the scheduled ceremony.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all legal requirements for marriage are met, including valid identification, eligibility to marry, and the presence of required witnesses where applicable.

FE Wedding Chapel and/or the officiant are not responsible for any delay, cancellation, or inability to perform the legal ceremony due to missing, invalid, incomplete, expired, or incorrect marriage documents.

All legal ceremonies are subject to Ontario marriage law and the authorized officiant’s legal obligations.

Failure to provide the required legal documents does not qualify for a refund.

6. Ceremony Services

Ceremony details such as officiant language, ceremony type, ceremony style, and ceremony flow may be collected for internal arrangement purposes.

Specific ceremony wording, officiant language, ceremony style, customized ceremony details, or personalized ceremony flow are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing by FE Wedding Chapel.

FE Wedding Chapel reserves the right to adjust ceremony flow due to timing, safety, legal requirements, operational needs, venue conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Ceremony décor, faux floral setup, furniture, signing table, styling details, and chapel setup may vary depending on availability, maintenance, season, selected package, and operational needs.

7. Photography & Videography

Photography delivery will be completed within 7 days from the end of the booked session.

Videography delivery will be completed within 14 days from the end of the booked session.

All files will be delivered through a Google Drive download link to the email address provided at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate email address, checking their inbox, checking spam or junk folders, downloading files, and backing up all delivered files.

Google Drive delivery links will remain available for 30 days from the date of delivery.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all files within the 30-day download period. FE Wedding Chapel is not responsible for expired, unclaimed, deleted, or undownloaded files after the 30-day period.

Raw files are not included and will not be provided unless explicitly agreed in writing by FE Wedding Chapel.

8. Photography & Videography Editing Style

All photography and videography are edited based on professional judgment, taking into account lighting conditions, environment, client appearance, wardrobe, makeup, hair, performance, venue setup, package type, and the selected service.

For off-site services, editing will also be adjusted according to the external environment, lighting conditions, weather, location restrictions, and overall shooting conditions.

All editing decisions are final.

Revisions, re-editing, retouching, additional colour adjustment, style changes, or subjective editing requests are not included unless explicitly stated in the selected package or agreed in writing by FE Wedding Chapel.

No guarantees are made regarding specific poses, shot lists, exact angles, exact lighting results, exact décor appearance, exact colour tones, or exact creative outcomes.

9. Content Creation

Content creation services include casual footage and short-form edited clips based on the selected package or add-on.

Raw casual footage will generally be delivered on the same day evening after the ceremony, subject to upload speed, file size, internet availability, and technical conditions.

Short-form edited clips will be delivered within 3 days from the end of the booked session.

All content creation files will be delivered through a Google Drive download link to the email address provided at the time of booking.

Google Drive delivery links will remain available for 30 days from the date of delivery.

All editing decisions are final. No revisions, re-editing, additional edits, retouching, or colour adjustments are included unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

10. Makeup & Beauty Services

Makeup and beauty services, if selected, are provided based on the scheduled service time, artist availability, and selected package or add-on.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time with clean, prepared skin and/or hair as instructed where applicable.

Clients are responsible for informing FE Wedding Chapel in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, hair conditions, medical concerns, or special requirements.

Makeup and beauty service providers will use reasonable care based on the information provided by the client. However, FE Wedding Chapel and service providers are not responsible for results affected by undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, hair conditions, medical concerns, client preparation, timing, humidity, weather, personal preference, or failure to disclose relevant information.

Makeup and beauty service results are based on professional judgment and are not subject to revision after the service time has ended.

11. Add-on Services

All add-on services are subject to availability and must be selected and paid for at the time of booking or approved in writing before the scheduled date.

Add-on services may include but are not limited to extra guests, photography, videography, content creation, makeup and beauty services, cake, sweet table, welcome board, off-site services, travel fees, and other selected services.

FE Wedding Chapel reserves the right to assign photographers, videographers, content creators, makeup artists, assistants, officiants, coordinators, or other team members based on availability and operational needs.

Specific team members, styles, or individuals are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

Add-on services cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred, or converted into other services once the booking is confirmed.

12. Off-site Services

Off-site services are provided based on the selected duration and selected service type.

Travel time is not included in service hours.

Clients must provide accurate location details after booking.

Travel fees are calculated based on total travel distance, including:

Chapel to first location
Between locations, if multiple locations are requested

Parking fees, permit fees, admission fees, access fees, location booking fees, and any location-related expenses are the responsibility of the client and must be paid or reimbursed where applicable.

Delays caused by traffic, access issues, parking, weather, venue restrictions, client-side scheduling, third-party vendors, or late arrival may affect final service time.

No refund, credit, or extension will be provided for delays or reduced service time caused by off-site conditions or client-side arrangements.

Editing for off-site services will be adjusted based on environmental conditions and is not subject to revision.

13. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Arriving on time
Providing accurate booking information
Providing a valid email address
Providing accurate ceremony and location details
Bringing all required legal documents
Providing required preparation information for selected services
Ensuring all participants are ready at the scheduled time
Ensuring guests follow venue rules
Downloading delivered files within the 30-day Google Drive availability period

FE Wedding Chapel is not responsible for delays, reduced service time, missed moments, incomplete services, or affected service results caused by clients, guests, third-party vendors, traffic, weather, access issues, incorrect information, missing documents, or late arrival.

14. Venue Rules, Damages & Cleaning

Clients and guests must respect the chapel space, décor, furniture, floral arrangements, equipment, and all venue property.

Clients are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, loss, or additional costs caused by themselves, their guests, vendors, or third parties invited by them.

No open flame, confetti, glitter, smoke, alcohol, outside food, pets, outside décor, or outside vendors may be used or brought into the chapel without prior written approval from FE Wedding Chapel.

FE Wedding Chapel reserves the right to refuse, stop, or limit any activity that may cause damage, safety concerns, disruption, disturbance, or operational issues.

15. Service Limitations

FE Wedding Chapel reserves the right to adjust service flow due to safety, time constraints, weather conditions, venue conditions, legal requirements, operational needs, vendor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

No guarantees are made regarding specific poses, shot lists, exact creative outcomes, exact décor appearance, exact floral appearance, exact lighting results, exact ceremony timing, or exact service results.

Faux floral ceremony décor, furniture, styling details, and chapel setup may vary depending on availability, maintenance, season, package selection, and operational needs.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, file corruption, illness, emergency, or unforeseen technical issues, FE Wedding Chapel’s liability is limited to the affected portion of the service only, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

FE Wedding Chapel reserves the right to refuse or stop service in cases of unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour.

16. Media Use & Promotional Content

FE Wedding Chapel may use non-identifying venue images, décor details, setup photos, behind-the-scenes content, and general service visuals for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.

Client images, videos, or ceremony content that clearly identify the couple or guests will not be used for public promotional purposes without consent, unless separately agreed in writing.

Clients may notify FE Wedding Chapel in writing before the scheduled booking if they have privacy concerns regarding media use.

FE Wedding Chapel will make reasonable efforts to respect privacy requests received before the service date.

17. Force Majeure

FE Wedding Chapel is not responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, reduced service, or service adjustments caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outage, fire, flood, government restrictions, venue access issues, illness, emergency, transportation disruption, internet outage, technical platform issues, vendor emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, FE Wedding Chapel may offer a reasonable alternative arrangement at its discretion, subject to availability.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FE Wedding Chapel’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected service.

FE Wedding Chapel is not liable for indirect, incidental, emotional, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to missed moments, dissatisfaction with subjective creative results, third-party costs, travel costs, accommodation costs, clothing costs, makeup costs, floral costs, vendor costs, or other personal expenses.

19. Agreement

By completing the booking and payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated above.

The client understands that all services provided by FE Wedding Chapel are time-based services and service-based wedding experiences, not physical goods.

The client also understands that service results may vary depending on timing, lighting, weather, environment, client preparation, guest cooperation, legal requirements, vendor availability, and operational conditions.
