Return & Cancellation Policy

All bookings for FE Wedding Chapel services are considered final once confirmed.

FE Wedding Chapel provides time-based wedding ceremony reservations and service-based wedding experiences, including chapel ceremony packages, officiant services, photography, videography, coordination, beauty services, cake, sweet table, welcome board, off-site services, travel fees, and other selected add-ons.

Due to the nature of scheduled wedding services, reserved ceremony time, preparation work, staffing, vendor coordination, and limited availability, all ceremony bookings are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
All ceremony bookings are date-specific and non-refundable. If a client chooses to cancel a confirmed booking, the payment will not be refunded.

Rescheduling Policy:
We are happy to offer one complimentary change to your booking date or time, subject to availability.

To request a change, clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice for ceremonies booked Monday through Thursday, and at least 15 days’ notice for ceremonies booked Friday through Sunday.

Rescheduling is subject to FE Wedding Chapel’s availability, vendor availability, and the selected services included in the booking. Additional fees may apply if the requested change affects service timing, staffing, vendor arrangements, add-ons, or off-site services.

Late Changes:
Requests made with less than the required notice period are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation. Late arrival may reduce the available ceremony or service time without refund or extension.

No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend the scheduled booking time will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Add-ons & Services:
All selected add-ons and services are non-refundable once booked, including but not limited to extra guests, photography, videography, content creation, beauty services, cake, sweet table, welcome board, off-site services, and travel fees.

Off-site Services & Travel Fees:
For off-site services, clients are responsible for providing accurate location details. Travel fees are calculated based on the total travel distance required and are non-refundable once confirmed. Incorrect or incomplete location information may result in additional fees or service adjustments.

Photography & Videography:
Photography delivery will be completed within 7 days from the end of the booked session. Videography delivery will be completed within 14 days from the end of the booked session. Files will be delivered through a download link to the email address provided at booking.

All photography and videography are edited based on professional judgment, lighting conditions, environment, wardrobe, appearance, performance, and selected package setup. Editing decisions are final. Revisions, re-editing, colour adjustments, and raw files are not included.

Marriage Licence:
Couples are responsible for applying for and obtaining their Ontario marriage licence before the wedding date. Please bring your valid marriage licence with you on the day of your ceremony. Failure to provide the required marriage licence may prevent the legal ceremony from proceeding and does not qualify for a refund.

Service Adjustments:
FE Wedding Chapel may make reasonable adjustments to service timing, setup, décor, staffing, vendor arrangements, or service details due to operational needs, safety concerns, vendor availability, technical issues, weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.

By completing a booking with FE Wedding Chapel, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Cancellation Policy.
